North Columbus Street Old Town

The project totally renovated the town homes’ Interior and added a rear addition with was constructed of energy efficient SIP panels. The basement consisted of separate In-laws suite, with separate entrance. The first floor was comprised of living room, dining room, powder room, and kitchen which lead to a rear deck. The second floor added and Master Bedroom Suite, with additional bedroom and bathroom.
