This Tenant Build out in Alexandria, Virginia totaled 1200 square feet with 8000 square feet devoted to Show room and the remainder; 4800 square feet to warehouse, office and break room. Exterior modifications included a loading dock and ramp way addition at the rear of the building for consumer goods drop off. The Project was completed on a very tight time line. Tenant took occupancy in October of 2015 when substantially completed.
