Hoban Road NW Washington DC

The project consisted of a total interior renovation and addition to a home in an historic neighborhood off of Foxhall road. The objective was to update the home to today standards by enlarging the kitchen and adding a breakfast room. The homes, interior features were organized around the traditional center hallway with a charming bedroom suite over the existing garage with a rear exit. The home also received an energy upgrade preparing it for resale for the developer clients.
