Great Seal worked closely with the owners to replicate a home by the same designer in another state. The residence is situated on a hill overlooking the valley below, with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and a walkout basement at the rear. The three story home is serviced by an elevator located off of the main entry hallway. At the side and rear is a two story balcony which can be accessed from both the first floor dining and breakfast rooms. The second floor consists of four bedrooms and a Master Bedroom Suite. The walkout basement is home to a family recreation room, game room, butler’s pantry, and bedroom. Construction of this new home began early in 2006 and was completed in 2007.
