Plans included a total interior renovation of this stately residence built in 1900. The home consisted of three stories and a basement. From the ground up, the Basement consisted of and Family and media room with Bathroom, the first floor space consisted of living room, dining room, powder room and Kitchen. The second floor consisted of a Master bedroom suite with two bedrooms and a bath. The third floor plans added two additional bedrooms. The Project included representation sketches and schematics plans for the architectural review boards.
